We live in a society that is always on the run and to fuel ourselves so that we can keep up with the pace of the race.  We need healthy snacks and trust me healthy snacks to choose from are plenty.  However not all of them are easy to squeeze into our busy schedules or while on the run.

Therefore in this blog, we will see different snacks, the healthy ones, which can be enjoyed anywhere and anytime. They are easy to carry, can be eaten with ease and nutritious and fortifying.

I consider them the best on-the go snacks. They are abundant in healthful nutrients, the good omega; provide proteins and the fiber and are low in carbohydrates. They can be easily carried in your pocket or purse.  A handful of any one or mixtures of nuts are healthful treats to munch on.

This brightly colored delights from nature healthiest of snacks.  True, not all fruits can be carried and stored for long but the ones you can, you should.  Even the dried fruits variety like the prunes, apricots, dates, raisins etc gives you the much required natural energy and other bountiful nutrients to keep you going. In addition the natural sweetness is best way to pamper your sweet tooth minus the calories and junk.

Seeds are highly acknowledged for their nutrient profile.  You name it and they have it- Fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals and the good fats.  You can go for Flaxseeds, pumpkins seeds, sunflower seeds or make a hearty mix containing all.  They are crunchy, delicious and a great snack to be kept at your desk, in your car or stashed in your purse.
